By making a reservation, you hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by Sundarra Skincare Studio.
Appointment Bookings: Kindly schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, as we are unable to accommodate bookings made within a 24-hour timeframe.
Suite Policy: Please note that only individuals requiring assistance due to physical disabilities, translation services, or those with special needs are permitted inside the treatment room. Extra guests and children are kindly requested to wait in the lobby area.
Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Arriving early does not guarantee an earlier service. Please understand that appointments are typically scheduled consecutively, allowing time for thorough sanitization and preparation of the treatment room. If you arrive 10 minutes or later than your designated appointment time, you will be required to reschedule, and any deposit made will be retained. We kindly ask for your consideration, as any tardiness may disrupt the appointments of other clients.
Payment: We encourage payment in cash, although card payments are accepted with a $5.00 card processing fee. Gratuity is always appreciated and gladly accepted.
